The company Nivogradnja has successfully been doing business for over 21 years in the construction sector, as a contractor and an investor in residential and office buildings. Every year we increase the number of construction projects in which we take part.
In collaboration with our sister companies, Nivoprojekt d.o.o. making project documentation, and the company Nivotrgovina d.o.o. supplying all the materials needed for construction and the equipping of a building, we have constructed over 4000 apartments. We have never extended our deadline for completion of a construction that has been announced and all buildings are registered into land registries.

Construction
We build high-rise structures, residential and office buildings, hotels, schools, kindergartens and similar objects. Apart from construction itself, we perform preparatory works as well as construction, crafting and installation jobs. We also perform the installation and montage of equipment, finished construction elements and other construction jobs. As we also perform works of reconstruction of an existing structure, we can say that we provide services in all segments of construction.
Consulting
Nivogradnja provides consulting services in designing and building high-rise structures.
We design pre-investment studies, prepare the construction of structures and provide services during construction itself, which assumes management and surveillance over construction. The entire consulting consists of three phases which begin by analyzing and investment and end in the handover of works. Sometimes the process can end in the removal of faults within the warranty deadline. Jobs in the aforementioned phases are distributed in the following way:

Surveillance
Nivogradnja performs expert surveillance of the construction of high-rise structures for the investor. We take care that everything proceeds according to the settlement on the condition of constructing, confirmed main project i.e. building permit, the law on spatial decoration and construction and in compliance with special regulations. We ensure the forehand completion of works with expert surveillance, removing the possibility of any potential problems at the same time.
Designing
We make the complete technical documentation for all kinds of high-rise objects. Within the making of technical documentation, we perform work of gathering all the compliances and obtainment of all permits for construction.
